REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

THE CERTITUDE

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made to THE CERTITUDE for training programs, courses, and placement support services offered through www.thecertitude.in.

By enrolling in any program or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

2. Registration & Fees

1. Program fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed payment schedule
2. Fees cover access to training content, mentorship, resources, and placement support services
3. All prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of THE CERTITUDE

3. Cancellation by the Candidate

3.1 Before Course Commencement

1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email
2. If cancellation is requested before the official course start date, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative, onboarding, and processing charges
3. The refund amount and eligibility will be determined by THE CERTITUDE on a case-to-case basis

3.2 After Course Commencement

1. No refunds will be provided once the course or training program has commenced
2. Access to learning material, sessions, or mentorship constitutes course commencement

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

1. Registration or enrollment fees
2. Fees paid for placement assistance or job support services
3. Fees paid under discounted, promotional, or special offers
4. Fees for workshops, bootcamps, demo sessions, or short-term programs

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by THE CERTITUDE

THE CERTITUDE reserves the right to:

1. Modify course schedules, trainers, content, or delivery mode
2. Postpone or cancel a program due to operational, technical, or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases:

1. Candidates may be offered a rescheduled batch or alternative program
2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the sole discretion of THE CERTITUDE

6. Placement Disclaimer

1. Placement assistance does not guarantee employment or job offers
2. Refunds will not be provided due to job non-selection, interview rejection, or delayed placement
3. Hiring decisions are solely made by employers

7. Mode and Timeline of Refund

1. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
2. Refund processing may take 7–14 working days after approval
3. Any bank charges or payment gateway fees shall be borne by the candidate

8. Transfer of Enrollment

1. Course enrollment is non-transferable
2. Requests for batch change or program change may be considered at management discretion

9. Force Majeure

THE CERTITUDE shall not be held liable for refunds or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or pandemics.
